How does the neck massager work?
Light signals are transmitted through electrodes. These are accompanied in parallel with constant warmth. Different modes are responsible for the arrangement of the pulses that the device transmits. You can set this on the supplied remote control.
How to use the neck massager?
It is very simple. In the package will also be a small introducing to the product. Here are the three steps:
1. (optional) Make your neck a bit wet, for example with a towel.
2. Put on the neck massager
3. On the left site you need to press the button for two seconds.
4. Take your remote control and press the heating symbol for heat.
5. Take your remote control and press the (M) button for electrodes.
6. There are 4 modes. Each of the modes has 15 stronght levels. Take care while testing the modes.
We recommend to start with heating only. After next session take the first level of the first mode. The levels can be kinda hard for the first time.

Standard shipping time is 5 to 15 business days. It depends on your location. While Corona (Covid-19) the express service might take some more time as common.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. For the fullfilment of an order we need up to 24hours.
What is your amendments and cancellations policy?
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. You can view our full refund policy in the information box or our footer.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please contact us with an attached video or photo. Please also attach your client-ID and tracking number.
